When I purchased this 2019 Toyota tacoma, I needed racks. My typical cargo: Surfboards, kayaks, SUP boards and the occasional church pew (LOL)… I did pick up a 10′ church pew.
I looked at many rack systems, for my particular application before settling on racks over the cab (as opposed to over the bed), and I narrowed my choices to the Prinsu & Victory 4×4 rack systems A couple of factors sold me on the Victory 4×4 rack system: Cost (about $200 less than Prinsu) and more steel is used in the Victory 4×4 rack system than Prinsu (Aluminum). However, the Prinsu I do think is a little more stylish and might produce less wind noise than Victory– but all racks are going to produce noise and I was very happy in my choice. Oddly, the wind noise seemed to abate at higher speeds.

Installing was pretty easy, but you do need two people to lower the assembled rack onto the roof. I would highly suggest going to YouTube and watching a few installation videos to make sure you get it right the first time.
I would also highly recommend getting the Earth River Kayak-SUP-SUrf roof straps to tie down your cargo. I have tested these straps and this rack system loaded with multiple SUPs and a kayak (separately) at 70 mph. They never floated and I felt very at ease that they would remain there.
